About the Author
A lifelong calling to tell stories.
Carolyn Croop is an award-winning author whose lifelong passion for storytelling has grown into an extensive body of work spanning short stories, novels, novellas, children’s stories, and poetry. Her writing explores mystery, adventure, suspense, hope, forgiveness, and the enduring power of love.
Carolyn Croop
Carolyn began writing poetry at age twenty-one and returned to her childhood dream of storytelling in 2013. Her work now includes seventy-one short stories, two novels, five novellas, four children’s stories, and more than two hundred poems.
Carolyn studied liberal arts at Monroe Community College and later completed coursework with ScreenWriters University. She was accepted for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who in the World in 2019 and is a member of the Global Society of Empowered Women.
Her first book, MAPS: Mystery, Adventure, Poetry, Suspense, was published in 2017 and received first place in the Book of Fame award from Global Summit House in 2021.
